But as we gear up for World Pride 2025 in Washington, D.C., the reality is different. We’re stepping onto a stage where our existence is being questioned, where rights are under scrutiny, and where the political climate casts a shadow over a celebration that should be about unity. The backdrop is the White House, a symbol of power that hasn’t always been kind to us. But here’s the thing—we’re still here. And we’re not going anywhere.

The Meaning Behind This Year’s Pride Swimsuit

That’s why, this year, our Pride swimsuit design is different.

We’ve woven camouflage into the vibrant colours of the Progress Pride flag to create a visual statement of resilience and strength. Camo, typically associated with combat, has been redefined in this design—not as a symbol of war, but as a symbol of unity and protection. It’s a reminder that we fight, but we fight with love. That we stand together, not in anger, but in unwavering solidarity.

This year’s rainbow swimwear isn’t just about celebrating pride—it’s about taking a stance. It’s about taking up space, being visible, and standing tall in the face of adversity.
